Conflict Coaching

Conflict is inevitable; it is how we handle it that creates a win or lose situation. Is there a relationship that needs to be maintained? Are emotions getting in the way of effective negotiation? Facilitation

Facilitation is a goal-centered, group management tool that promotes open and creative dialogue in a structured environment. A great facilitator will avoid focusing on what is broken and throwing blame, instead focusing on discovering the root of the problem, exploring ideas on how to fix the situation, and walking parties through developing an implementation plan for lasting change. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, Progressive Conflict Solutions will look at specific personalities and challenges within a group to discover a model that works for your unique situation.
